Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance across all sites and identify margin variances, losses, and anomalies
Coordinate with plant teams to explain variances and recommend corrective actions
Produce, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making
Maintain and update cost standards
Analyze variances between standard and actual costs and explain the differences
Contribute to standardizing costing practices across different sites
Conduct inventory analyses and participate in annual inventory counts
Conduct profitability analyses by product, customer, and market
Respond to ad hoc requests from internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and Finance
Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects
Support internal and external audits by preparing the required analyses
Act as a business partner to all manufacturing sites

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in cost analysis and multi-site environments
CPA designation is an asset but not required
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with an ERP system, such as IFS, SAP, or an equivalent
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial information clearly to Operations teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluency in French and English required due to interaction with our international facilities
