About the role

  • Services Account Executive generating Salesforce services pipeline and supporting strategic accounts. Selling consultative cloud solutions with mentorship from enterprise Account Executives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of key strategic accounts by building relationships with business stakeholders
  • Contribute to long-term Salesforce roadmaps and identify Statements of Work for professional and managed services engagements
  • Build and extend multi-year Salesforce roadmaps incorporating new Clouds
  • Surface cross-sell opportunities for AWS and Data & AI teams
  • Prepare and progressively deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, including agendas, decks, pre-reads, and follow-up
  • Set up and run recurring executive alignment calls with Project Managers and delivery leadership
  • Generate net-new pipeline through LinkedIn social selling, Salesforce channel introductions, industry events, and targeted outreach
  • Assist with scoping, pricing, and advancing deals under mentorship
  • Identify expansion opportunities and build whitespace analyses
  • Keep Salesforce opportunities, contacts, pipeline, and forecasts accurate and updated weekly
  • Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce Account Directors
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Solution Architects on account health, executive reviews, and delivery escalations
  • Develop vertical-focused points of view and contribute to blog posts, LinkedIn content, and case studies
  • Represent AllCloud at ecosystem events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • 1–3 years of entry-level professional experience, internships, or a background in basic sales, client support, or lead generation
  • Proven ability to assist senior Account Executives with research, client presentations, and managing smaller accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of the Salesforce platform's capabilities
  • Some experience positioning Salesforce solutions to solve business challenges across sales, service, and marketing
  • Strong time-management skills to track client meetings, follow-ups, and sales pipelines
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and resilient personality
