About the role

  • Product analytics consultant delivering business insights and dashboards for Allstate Canada’s personal insurance portfolio. Supporting strategic decisions through performance analysis, reporting automation, and stakeholder recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, clean, organize, and analyze data to support business objectives and decision-making
  • Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging issues
  • Evaluate business initiatives and strategic priorities through data analysis and performance measurement
  • Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
  • Translate data and analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and solve complex analytical problems
  • Advance analytical capabilities through reporting modernization, automation, visualization, and process improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to team members while promoting analytical best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related disciplines
  • Experience with Power BI and data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform business decisions
  • Experience extracting, analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, or performance monitoring solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience with SQL, Python, SAS, or similar analytical tools
  • Bonus: Experience with data visualization, business intelligence, or reporting automation
  • Bonus: Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or other data-driven business environments
