About the role
- Clinical Trial Leader at Allucent managing global clinical trials and leading CRA teams to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the activities of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) across all geographic regions
- Maintain close liaison with the Project Manager (PM) and other department leaders on all trial-related and service delivery matters
- Support the leadership team through training, process improvements, co-monitoring visits, staff mentoring and/or other special assignments within Global Clinical Operations
Requirements
- A degree in life sciences or nursing is preferred but not required
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical research, including at least 1 year as a senior CRA or in an equivalent role
- Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP, clinical trials, and the key elements required for successful study execution
- Strong therapeutic experience in oncology
- Experience and knowledge of the CRO industry that will support Allucent’s clinical trial management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional-level English for daily communication with internal and external stakeholders
