About the role

  • Microsoft AI and Data Architect designing and delivering scalable data platforms for enterprise clients at AOT Technologies. Lead architecture on AI, data, and cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Design secure AI and data architectures on Microsoft Azure
  • Build architecture diagrams, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps
  • Guide engineering teams through implementation
  • Review code, pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment designs
  • Translate business requirements into AI, data, and cloud-native solution designs
  • Evaluate technology options and recommend fit-for-purpose patterns
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Azure Cloud experience, including:
  • Azure Kubernetes Service
  • Azure Container Apps
  • Azure API Management
  • Azure Networking
  • Private endpoints, VNET integration, DNS, firewall, and secure connectivity
  • Managed identities, Key Vault, RBAC, and enterprise security patterns
  • Cloud-native application architecture
  • Monitoring, logging, and production support patterns
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Azure AI services, including:
  • Azure AI Foundry
  • Azure OpenAI
  • AI workflow development
  • Foundry Agents and/or agentic AI solution design
  • Semantic Kernel, Autogen or Microsoft Agent Framework
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation architecture
  • Azure AI Search
  • Document Intelligence
  • Prompt engineering and prompt orchestration
  • Minimum 3+ years of Microsoft Fabric and data engineering experience, including:
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • OneLake
  • Fabric Lakehouse
  • Data Engineering workloads
  • Azure Data Factory and/or Fabric Data Factory pipelines
  • Medallion architecture: Bronze, Silver, Gold
  • Power BI integration
  • Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
