• Own the GTM technology stack, ensuring Salesforce and adjacent systems operate as one connected system
• Investigate internal data to identify process gaps, root causes, priorities, and optimization opportunities
• Build and manage automation workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows, including multi-step agents, structured data extraction, and decision-making automations
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable processes
