Responsibilities
- Serve as a recognized expert in PFAS, DNAPL, LNAPL, complex hydrogeological settings, and contaminant fate and transport
- Shape and advance Arcadis’ technical capabilities by guiding the delivery of large, highly complex projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to national strategy development
- Mentor, coach, and support the growth of Arcadis’ talent
- Integrate Arcadis’ service lines to deliver cohesive, high-value solutions for clients nationwide
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred, with professional accreditation
- 12+ years of environmental consulting experience, recognized expertise in PFAS, DNAPL, LNAPL, complex hydrogeology, and contaminant fate and transport
- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects and executive-level client relationships, supported by strong industry networks
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice; additional training
- Advanced technical skills including scientific software proficiency, technical writing, research, data analysis, and strategic problem-solving
- Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills with ability to mentor teams, deliver high-quality outcomes, and integrate Arcadis service lines into client solutions
