About the role
- Intermediate engineer leading water and wastewater modeling and project management at Arcadis. Delivering sustainable solutions and supporting client projects with a focus on engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead model tasks including development of modelling methodologies and frameworks
- Provide project management and supporting services including schedule and budget management
- Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review of project deliverables
- Support asset management and utility business advisory services
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship for junior staff
- Participate in industry associations and internal communities of practice
Requirements
- University degree in Civil Engineering program or recognized equivalent
- Eligibility to obtain P.Eng. license in Ontario
- 6 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater modelling and assessment and in project management
- Experience using a range of hydraulic models including InfoWater
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with GIS, Python, and Power BI for custom dashboards
