About the role
- Project Coordinator in Arcadis' Mobility Design and Engineering team overseeing ports and marine projects. Responsible for project management, coordination, and communication with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of engineering tasks for large-scale ports and marine projects
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and risks
- Managing project scope and preparing cost estimates for change orders
- Ensuring adherence to project management plans and communication plans
- Liaising with teams of consultants and contractors for project execution
- Maintaining project documentation and assisting with document submissions
- Preparing project updates including presentations and status reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s University Degree in Engineering, or related field, from an accredited university
- 3-8 years of Project Coordination or Deputy Project Management experience in Transportation Engineering projects.
- Previous experience working on large and complex ports, marine or rail projects from concept to delivery and/or P3 experience
- Proficiency with FTP, Share Point, ISO, MS Office
- Experience in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit
- Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 experience is an asset
