- Project Manager overseeing planning and execution of growth initiatives at telehealth company. Coordinating across teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects or workstreams, managing scope, timeline, and resource constraints
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure delivery readiness
- Drive clear ownership, communication, and accountability across cross-functional teams
- Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, and status updates
- Help translate high-level goals into actionable plans
- Help ensure consistency across surfaces and touchpoints
- Track dependencies and handoffs between teams
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in project management or program management
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong ability to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies with limited initial context
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
