About the role
- Senior Project Manager delivering pharmaceutical marketing campaigns and projects for P10. Managing budgets, timelines, resources, compliance, and client relationships across the United States and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing
- Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability
- Provide project management of internal resources to ensure project delivery
- Report to the Managing Partner, Innovation and Growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in project management at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships
- Experience delivering successful marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance
- Experience with MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in project management systems and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to work Eastern time zone hours
- Candidate must be based in the United States or Canada
