About the role

  • Project Manager leading client implementations, migrations, budgets, and delivery risks for TTG’s direct-selling software platforms. Managing client relationships from onboarding through post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client implementations and migration projects from requirements and planning through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
  • Build project plans, milestones, customer testing plans, cutover strategies, and contingency plans
  • Coordinate software upgrades, testing activities, and dependencies across technical and client teams
  • Manage multiple client engagements or workstreams, including enhancements and statements of work
  • Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, resource capacity, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments
  • Track project costs against plan, forecast variances, and act when financial or delivery targets are at risk
  • Identify risks and constraints, determine next steps, and escalate when senior support is needed
  • Maintain accurate project plans, requirements, workflows, testing records, defects, decisions, and reporting
  • Produce scheduled reporting on milestones, deliverables, velocity, burndown, budget performance, resource capacity, and timeline risk
  • Serve as a client point of contact and clarify expectations, responsibilities, decisions, and next steps
  • Lead project meetings, status updates, escalations, and decision-making discussions
  • Translate technical topics for non-technical audiences and provide technical teams with business context
  • Build client trust through transparent communication, realistic expectation-setting, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa
  • Experience working independently and in collaborative, cross-functional team settings
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines with composure
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for project documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar project management/collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage resource capacity, recognize when intervention is needed, and resolve or escalate delivery constraints
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Scrum Master experience or certification strongly preferred
  • Experience in the direct selling or MLM industry strongly preferred
