About the role

Requirements
- Currently enrolled student, ideally pursuing a degree in business, communications, project management, or a related field
- Confident written and verbal communication with customers
- Precise and professional communication, particularly via WhatsApp and email
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with common office software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Willingness to learn new tools such as Notion
- Flexible and self-motivated approach to work
- Initial experience in customer service or project management is preferred but not required
