- Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict resolution
- Deep understanding of digital-first strategies and customer experience optimization
- Demonstrated expertise in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Contentful, and digital analytics
