About the role

  • Seasonal Guest Services Supervisor at Arc'teryx leading a team of representatives. Implementing service objectives while ensuring high product knowledge and guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Build a high-performing team of Guest Services Representatives
  • Coach your team to exceed guest needs through superior product knowledge and service
  • Implement new processes to pursue service objectives
  • Supervise day-to-day operations ensuring success in service level goals
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and the Guest Services Manager for consistency
  • Assist with questions from representatives and support in escalated issues
  • Troubleshoot system errors with technology teams
  • Cultivate a culture of high performance and manage team metrics KPIs
  • Generate reports and audit service levels
  • Conduct formal annual performance appraisals for team
  • Participate in personnel actions such as performance improvement plans and promotions
  • Collaborate with Scheduling team to build daily schedules
  • Coach team to deliver high-quality, guest-centric interactions

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience leading a team of 8-15 individuals or equivalent experience in leadership or coaching
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Contact Centre Service environment
  • Experience driving employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Ability to read, write, and fluently speak English
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach others
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or a combination of related experience
  • Excel at giving and receiving feedback and comfortable having coaching conversations
  • High flexibility and adaptability
  • Set a clear vision and foster commitment to team objectives
  • Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions
  • Inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, ideally with knowledge of Salesforce, Calabrio, or similar systems
  • Knowledge of Arc’teryx products and/or other outdoor related products
  • Passion for getting outside and living it
