Responsibilities
Build a high-performing team of Guest Services Representatives
Coach your team to exceed guest needs through superior product knowledge and service
Implement new processes to pursue service objectives
Supervise day-to-day operations ensuring success in service level goals
Collaborate with other supervisors and the Guest Services Manager for consistency
Assist with questions from representatives and support in escalated issues
Troubleshoot system errors with technology teams
Cultivate a culture of high performance and manage team metrics KPIs
Generate reports and audit service levels
Conduct formal annual performance appraisals for team
Participate in personnel actions such as performance improvement plans and promotions
Collaborate with Scheduling team to build daily schedules
Coach team to deliver high-quality, guest-centric interactions
Requirements
2+ years experience leading a team of 8-15 individuals or equivalent experience in leadership or coaching
3+ years’ experience in a Contact Centre Service environment
Experience driving employee engagement and recognition programs
Ability to read, write, and fluently speak English
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach others
Post-secondary education in a related field or a combination of related experience
Excel at giving and receiving feedback and comfortable having coaching conversations
High flexibility and adaptability
Set a clear vision and foster commitment to team objectives
Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions
Inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, ideally with knowledge of Salesforce, Calabrio, or similar systems
Knowledge of Arc’teryx products and/or other outdoor related products
