Responsibilities
Administering and supporting the Arc’teryx employee experience through Canadian group benefits plans, leaves, wellness and retirement savings programs.
Support the full cycle of program design, delivery and implementation, administration, communication, and reporting.
Input to policy development and process improvements.
Occasional onsite support at our ARC’One distribution centre in New Westminster.
Enhance the overall employee experience by designing and managing compensation and health and wellbeing programs.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business (or the equivalent experience), with a minimum of 3 years’ working experience with a Canadian benefits environment.
Working towards a CEBS GBA 1 and GBA 2.
Foundational knowledge of Canadian benefits-related legislation, with the ability to learn and understand emerging Canada and global regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of benefit program processes, benefit plan details and government-mandated benefits.
Mindset of continuous improvement, and ability to challenge the status quo, implementing process improvements as possible.
Strong customer service orientation, able to establish collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner.
Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration.
Passion for work and getting outside and living it.
