- Onboard individuals and teams to the sustainability work
- Create new tools and processes to improve efficiency
- Support across the sustainability team on important topics
Requirements
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree related to sustainability, circularity, and/or design, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sustainability-related role
- Previous experience within Sustainability, ideally in the apparel industry
- Interest in fashion design and the product creation process
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Experience analyzing quantitative data in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Collaborative approach and ability to foster strong working relationships
- Creative problem solver and apply design thinking in work
- Highly collaborative with demonstrated effectiveness at building strong partnerships
- Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions
- Positive, optimistic attitude and good sense of humor
