Familiarity with manufacturing principles: metrics management, capacity planning, financial budgeting, labour planning, scheduling, material flow, inventory management, lead time, waste reduction
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
Experience with ERP systems
Comfortable using digital tools for analysis and decision-making
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
