- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
- Experience with ERP systems
- Comfortable using digital tools for analysis and decision-making
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
