About the role
- Dental Software Training & Implementation Specialist training dental clinics in Quebec. Support clinical teams to optimize operations using software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and remote training sessions (one-to-one, small groups, webinars).
- Travel across the province of Quebec to support clinics on site.
- Assess users’ skill levels and adapt the pace and teaching approach accordingly.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time solutions.
- Contribute to the development of training materials (guides, videos, interactive tutorials).
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex situations.
- Work with the product team to relay field feedback and requirements.
- Provide personalized post-training follow-up.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning pathways.
- Represent the brand at professional events (trade shows, conferences, demonstrations).
Requirements
- Based in Quebec City (Québec) or Montreal.
- Proven experience in the dental field or in training users on digital tools, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
- Autonomous, patient, and service-oriented.
- Experience in training, user onboarding/enablement, or software support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solid sense of pedagogy.
- Good understanding of dental clinic operations (scheduling, billing, patient records, imaging, etc.).
- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts.
- Proficiency with digital tools and software environments.
- Organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English.
