GTM Engineer responsible for building and optimizing go-to-market systems at Fluent Software Group. Combining technical skills with GTM strategy to drive revenue growth in hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Design and implement automated outbound campaigns, lead generation workflows, and sales enablement systems
Build scalable processes that consistently generate qualified pipeline
Test messaging, targeting, sequencing, and channel strategies
Analyze performance, identify winners, and double down on what works
Leverage AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms to personalize outreach, qualify leads, and shorten sales cycles
Replace manual GTM tasks with smart, automated workflows
Build dashboards and reporting across the full funnel—from top-of-funnel activity to closed revenue
Provide clear visibility into what’s driving growth and where to optimize
Evaluate, implement, and integrate modern GTM tools
Ensure our CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, and automation tools work seamlessly together
Document processes, workflows, and playbooks
Enable the broader team to execute proven GTM strategies consistently
Requirements
3–5 years in growth, sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar GTM roles
Proven track record building and optimizing outbound sales motions (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, SQL queries, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript)
Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools, such as:
CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce
Sales engagement: Outreach, SalesLoft
Data & enrichment: Clay, Clearbit, ZoomInfo
Automation: Zapier, Make
Experience building workflows using AI tools (ChatGPT API, Claude API, or similar)
Deeply data-driven—you run experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate fast
