Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role overseeing ERP or other mission-critical enterprise systems
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML initiatives with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business value
- Understanding of how AI can be applied in enterprise software contexts
- Demonstrated track record of shipping AI systems into production that deliver real outcomes (revenue growth, cost reduction, efficiency gains) — not just internal experiments or prototypes
- Experience with legacy system modernization while maintaining stability for existing customers
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
