Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects within broad technical specialties
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
- Ensure project quality, financial performance, and compliance with schedules and budgets
- Work with market and practice leaders in the pursuit of new business opportunities
- Manage contracts, negotiate budgets, and ensure project profitability
- Represent AtkinsRéalis to clients, regulatory agencies, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (graduate degree preferred)
- 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role
- Strong leadership, technical, financial management, and interpersonal skills
- Professional registration with an appropriate body recognized in Canada (e.g., P. Eng., P.E., PMP, or CCM)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed
- Experience with airport and transportation infrastructure
