Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of custom WordPress themes, plugins, Gutenberg blocks, and reusable templates.
- Build landing pages and website components that support SEO and Paid Media campaigns.
- Assist with website performance optimization, accessibility improvements, and Core Web Vitals initiatives.
- Perform QA testing, troubleshoot website issues, and support ongoing maintenance.
- Contribute to reusable front-end components, templates, and scalable development workflows.
- Collaborate with SEO, Creative, and Paid Media teams to deliver high-quality web experiences.
- Help evaluate AI-assisted development tools and automation opportunities to improve development efficiency.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of WordPress development experience.
- Experience building or customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks.
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive front-end development.
- Familiarity with reusable components, design systems, and modern development workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or ChatGPT.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
