About the role
- Senior Platform Engineer building internal developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and automated delivery pipelines. Managing containers, observability, reliability, security, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain developer portals and self-service infrastructure
- Provision and manage cloud resources using Terraform or Crossplane
- Build, optimize, and standardize automated CI/CD pipelines
- Manage microservices and container deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement logging, monitoring, and tracing stacks to ensure system uptime
- Embed secure-by-design guardrails, role-based access control, and automated compliance checks into the platform
Requirements
- Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform or Crossplane
- Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Argo CD
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and tracing stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Knowledge of secure-by-design guardrails, role-based access control (RBAC), and automated compliance checks
