Responsibilities
Recruit and train top talent to build a high-performing team

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
More than 8 years of professional experience in the software industry, involving the design and development of server/cloud applications and services
More than 3 years of experience leading development teams and managing individual contributors, from junior to principal engineers, and from developers to QA leads
Strong command of core technologies related to server-side development services in Java, AWS, and REST (required)
Experience with the web technology stack, cloud computing, and cloud database technologies
Understanding of service architecture, development, and testing
Knowledge of AI-powered features using existing foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, etc.)
Experience with the software development lifecycle, its principles, practices, and methodologies, and with engineering best practices
Experience on a Scrum team developing cloud services; proven experience and proficiency leading in an Agile development environment
Understanding of Agile and scaled Agile frameworks
Experience managing complex software projects with multiple dependencies
Experience recruiting and onboarding new talent, and building teams to ensure their success
Conflict resolution skills
Experience presenting complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
Experience managing change while overseeing projects, from business requirements to technical requirements, across all phases of the development lifecycle
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues in different time zones, which may require limited work outside normal business hours
