About the role
- Commercial Operations Associate handling order processing for AVEVA's product support systems. Collaborating with customers and distributors while maintaining accurate order documentation in Dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers and distributors via e-mail with questions and concerns as needed
- Responsible for setting up product support in NextGen application
- Processing and fulfilling product orders in Dynamics
- Assisting with any financial audit requests and providing necessary documentation to assist auditors, accounting, and finance
- Updating and setting up customers in Customer Maintenance application
- Processing Failed Key and License RMA’s and creating the orders in Dynamics
- Processing License Modifications in licensing when needed
Requirements
- Business College graduate or equivalent work experience
- Order processing experience preferred, in Dynamics, SalesForce, Oracle
- Great attitude with able to perform under pressure during busy peaks throughout the year (required availability end of months/quarters/end of year/Holidays)
