About the role
- Business Projects Consultant improving group insurance practices at Beneva. Leading business analysis, operational improvements, change implementation, and complex stakeholder advisory work.
Responsibilities
- Participate in planning the team’s activities and carrying out its mandates
- Collaborate with various departments to support the implementation of projects and initiatives within the Health and Disability Vice-President’s Office
- Advise stakeholders on handling complex matters requiring in-depth expertise
- Advise and support managers in positioning, planning, developing, carrying out, and following up on mandates for the Vice-President’s Office
- Conduct cost-benefit studies, business analyses, and organizational impact analyses
- Analyze and recommend improvements to operational processes
- Structure and carry out business improvement and problem-solving projects
- Develop change implementation strategies and plans, and assess organizational impacts
- Support teams in carrying out and implementing large-scale projects
- Plan and produce reports and accountability reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in business analysis and business projects, including 3 years in group insurance (health and disability)
- Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Functional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Temporary fixed-term status
