About the role
- Particuliers insurance agent serving Beneva clients by phone and at service points. Advising customers and selling auto, property, and legal protection insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and assist customers visiting service points
- Identify customers’ needs and provide customer service regarding coverage, quotes, and other matters
- Advise customers and recommend appropriate products to insure their property
- Sell automobile, property, and legal protection insurance policies
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Recommend suitable coverage and promote personal lines insurance products
Requirements
- College diploma (DEC), education recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), or three years of documented employment experience
- Possess a comparative evaluation of studies completed outside Canada, issued by an organization that is a member of the Canadian Alliance of Credential Evaluation Services
- Sales or customer service experience
- Comfortable handling telephone conversations
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written
- Available to work a variable schedule, including two to three evenings per week until a maximum of 8:00 p.m., as well as one Saturday every four weeks on a rotating basis
