About the role
- Leading Beneva’s digital transformation, group insurance platforms, and operational performance. Directing multidisciplinary teams across digital experience, technology, and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of digital channels and group insurance processes to significantly improve operational efficiency, productivity, and expense ratios
- Lead complex, large-scale transformation programs and projects, including multi-year initiatives with significant technology and operational components
- Serve as a leader in the implementation, evolution, and optimization of the digital group insurance platform
- Contribute to the overall group insurance transformation roadmap
- Contribute to the evolution of digital experience design and governance models across the organization
- Ensure alignment between digital channels and end-to-end business processes
- Collaborate with product, CX, marketing, data, and IT teams to place user experience at the heart of digital initiatives
- Contribute to the definition, optimization, and evolution of UX/UI standards, principles, and practices across Beneva’s digital platforms
- Define, ensure the consistency and quality of digital journeys, and evolve them for members and partners
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the VP, Digital, on group insurance-related matters
- Lead and mobilize multidisciplinary teams across projects, transformation, experience, and partner functions
- Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, rigor, agility, and accountability
- Work closely with business, IT, finance, customer experience, contact centre, and external partner teams
- Establish the vision for the capabilities required within the senior leadership function and ensure their development among team members through proactive talent and performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as business administration, management, technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 12–15 years of relevant professional experience
- 6–9 years of experience managing personnel and teams
- Extensive experience in complex environments, such as insurance, financial services, or large organizations
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs or portfolios
- Significant experience in continuous improvement and enhancing operational and financial performance
- Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the role and interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to support the company’s growth objectives
