- Tech lead acting as a technical reference for developers at Beneva. Guiding the adoption of sustainable development practices in the insurance sector while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical reference and guide for the developers on the team
- Ensure solutions are aligned with OpenText recommended practices
- Support the team in adopting development best practices
- Keep knowledge up to date on technological developments
- Develop complex features and contribute to proofs of concept
- Ensure the quality of the code produced by the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Over ten (10) years of experience developing technology solutions or an equivalent combination
- 5 years of experience developing with Exstream
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SCRUM and Kanban
- Advanced knowledge of Exstream and LiveEditor technologies
- Advanced proficiency in French and functional proficiency in English
