About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority for the frontend
- Guide the team in architecture, best practices, and engineering principles
- Elevate the skills of engineers through thoughtful code reviews and mentorship
- Spend significant time writing code, building, and architecting core features
- Develop and execute a long-term technical vision for the frontend
- Work closely with Director of Engineering and CTO to shape technical strategy
Requirements
- 10–15 Years of Engineering Experience, including at least 5 years in backend or fullstack before specializing in frontend
- 1–3 Years of Team Leadership Experience: mentoring, guiding, and supporting other engineers while still being hands-on
- Proven Product Builder: track record of building large-scale, complex, interactive web applications
- Strong Engineering Fundamentals: deep understanding of computer science, software architecture, and system design
- Natural Leader: experience in a team lead or tech lead role
- Excellent Communicator: able to articulate complex technical ideas clearly
