About the role
- Consultant/Developer implementing BigHand’s financial productivity technology for legal professionals. Developing T-SQL customizations, dashboards, and client solutions in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Manage client product implementations and projects to successful outcomes
- Work closely with consultants to implement, customize, and support Financial Productivity products
- Design and develop reports and dashboards
- Design, code, deploy, and test client-specific customizations and enhancements
- Conduct technical investigations
- Provide full life-cycle client support
- Understand clients’ unique needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Support clients from implementation through post-live support
Requirements
- Knowledge of T-SQL is required at a minimum
- Strong development skills and experience
- Core consultancy skills, including strong communication and people skills
- Prior experience in a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience with SQL Server, relational databases, SSAS, SSRS, HTML5, Angular JS, and C# preferred
- Strong developers familiar with other technology stacks may be considered
- Experience in Legal IT is a plus, but is not required
