Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of enterprise B2B software products.
Ensure product strategy is aligned with BigHand’s broader company strategy and commercial objectives.
Engage deeply with clients to uncover needs and understand business context quickly.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, design, and client success teams.
Drive the product lifecycle for an enterprise B2B product suite.
Define a clear roadmap that aligns with both company strategy and evolving market conditions.
Build relationships with a diverse range of clients and develop a deep understanding of users and buyers.
Proactively design and lead product discovery activities to validate assumptions and inform direction.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to shape product direction.
Communicate proactively and effectively to ensure all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned to the desired outcomes.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on enterprise B2B software.
Experience aligning product strategy with broader company and commercial goals.
Comfortable analyzing product usage data, revenue trends, and customer feedback to shape strategy.
Experience working directly with clients.
Effective at translating technical concepts to non-technical users and stakeholders.
Ability to design and lead discovery and user research efforts without relying on a centralized research team.
Confident and engaging presenter with experience communicating with executive buyers and external audiences.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of keeping teams focused, motivated, and aligned.
Understanding of the distinctions between user and buyer needs and how to represent both in decision-making.
Experience working with law firms or in the legal tech industry would be advantageous.
