Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven expertise in C#, Angular, and AWS.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, or similar) in a production environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding technical teams.
- Proven experience working within Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and secure coding practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer and quality-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
