About the role
- Senior Software Engineer developing Angular applications for Clario’s healthcare technology platform. Collaborating with backend teams to build scalable user interfaces in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern Angular applications using TypeScript, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Build reusable UI components, manage state effectively, and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and microservices built with C#/.NET
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end applications and backend services
- Optimize front-end performance, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Participate in architecture discussions and help drive front-end best practices and standards across the engineering team
- Implement automated testing and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality releases
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and support root cause analysis
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to improving front-end development practices
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) to improve productivity and code quality
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule
- Participate actively in Agile or SAFe development processes and continuously evaluate new technologies to improve development workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Angular (modern versions) and TypeScript
- Experience building complex, scalable front-end applications
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Familiarity with modern front-end architecture patterns, component design, and state management
- Experience working with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices
- Understanding of backend technologies such as C#/.NET microservices is beneficial
- Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Interest or experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve development workflows.
