- Own delivery outcomes for your team, ensuring commitments are met with high quality and predictable timelines
- Translate architecture and design into clear technical execution plans
- Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight without being a bottleneck
- Champion effective agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and continuous delivery
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading software development and or QA automation teams
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices
- Experience delivering production systems in a cloud or distributed environment
- Proven ability to coach developers and manage performance constructively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
