About the role

  • IT Support Engineer responsible for managing employee IT lifecycle and 100+ SaaS tools. Supporting a fully remote team in a fast-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the employee IT lifecycle.
  • Administer the core stack.
  • Run 2nd-level support.
  • Manage DNS and domain registrars.
  • Build monitoring and alerting for internal IT systems.
  • Document properly.
  • Collaborate across teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a System Administrator, IT Operations Specialist, IT Support Engineer, or similar.
  • Strong hands-on Google Workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with GCP, Jira, Notion, and 1Password or comparable tools.
  • Comfort with monitoring and alerting tools for internal IT.
  • Ownership mindset.
  • Background in fast-growth tech or SaaS, ideally fully remote.
  • Bonus points: Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code.
