About the role

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, Boeing consultants, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, execute the analytics development efforts and communicate results and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough data exploration and analysis, collaborating closely with consulting teams to translate findings into actionable, data-driven insights.
- Deliver on data science tasks in one or more cross-functional development teams supporting both pathfinding and production software development.
- Consult in the selection and independently execute on the application of machine learning and analytical techniques, aligned with technical strategy set by Data Science Project Lead.
- Conduct evaluation, validation and continuous performance monitoring of supported applications, models and analysis.
- Develop both applied research and production-level analytics tools using techniques such as: Machine learning, Statistical analysis, Mathematical Optimization and Simulation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science
- 3+ years of experience with Python
- 2+ years of experience with data querying (e.g. SQL)
- Must have experience writing code in a collaborative environment (e.g. using Git)
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
- Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
