Responsibilities
Identify and close new business opportunities within a global sales domain and target market segments focused on key services
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through calls and emails, networking, and by working directly with decision-makers and influencers
Prospect and advance sales efforts through on-site and face‑to‑face meetings with clients when required
Use consultative selling practices and build relationships to identify the most effective solutions to meet client expectations
Meet client expectations by leveraging CCG's services to support their growth
Collaborate with business development representatives to prepare bid submissions
Build and maintain a strong network of decision-makers and influencers
Achieve monthly targets
Requirements
Strong experience in B2B sales and business development within the consulting industry
Demonstrated track record of success in a B2B business development role
Proven ability to identify, qualify, and generate new business through prospecting and extensive research
Familiarity and proficiency with a range of prospecting tools, including LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting
Ability to identify potential clients and secure meetings while knowing when to disengage from unqualified prospects
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are essential
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with monthly targets and delivery deadlines
Computer skills, including familiarity with office and web tools such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems
University degree in a relevant field - required
