About the role

  • Technical Lead overseeing production support across AWS and banking systems. Ensuring high availability, incident response, and technical leadership across distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end production support across AWS cloud platforms and core banking infrastructure
  • Manage P1/P2 incident handling and coordinate with cross‑functional teams for service restoration
  • Maintain and enhance monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and performance baselines
  • Provide hands‑on technical guidance to onshore/offshore teams and manage shifts and on‑call rotations

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in production support
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and production engineering skills
  • Technical expertise in AWS cloud services: Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Dynatrace
  • Proficiency in Java/JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, SOAP & REST APIs
