Responsibilities
Support client-facing professionals serving clients in French or English
Address requests and questions from investment professionals, administrative support partners, and individual investors
Respond to account, product, and general service inquiries from existing and prospective clients
Create exceptional client experiences
Identify opportunities to provide value-added service
Partner with team members and internal business groups to resolve account concerns and inquiries
Requirements
Working toward a university degree, ideally with a focus on business
Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is preferred
Previous customer service and/or telephone sales experience is an asset
Ability to quickly understand and learn technical systems and applications from a user perspective
Must be currently enrolled in a registered co-op program
Must be available full-time for the duration of the co-op term
Current authorization to work in Canada is required
