Responsibilities
- Advise on improving IT delivery practices related to business solution delivery and documentation
- Define, evolve, and promote standards, templates, tools, and best-practice guides
- Identify practical AI use cases to improve delivery efficiency and documentation creation, maintenance, and reuse
- Implement AI use cases to optimize cross-functional processes and documentation practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT delivery practices across the organization
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, or a related field
- Proactive
- Highly autonomous
- Strong collaboration skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Commitment to quality work
- Available to work 14–21 hours per week during academic terms
