About the role

  • People Systems Analyst enhancing scalability and reliability of People Technology for Chainlink's decentralized finance. Collaborating with stakeholders and drive improvements in analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer key People Technology modules, such as Workday, Lattice, or other related systems
  • Collaborate with People and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable system configurations and reporting solutions
  • Enhance system functionality to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience
  • Develop and maintain analytics tools to provide actionable people insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across People Technology systems
  • Partner with the analytics team to translate data into meaningful reports and dashboards
  • Lead cross-system data governance initiatives to maintain consistency and compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruption
  • Drive continuous improvement of the People Technology ecosystem to support organizational growth and evolving business needs
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in People systems and analytics
  • Promote best practices in configuration, documentation, testing, and system design to ensure long-term stability and reliability across the People Technology ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems roles, with hands-on configuration and administration responsibilities.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday system administration and support at scale, including deep expertise in HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Absence.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting (custom reports, calculated fields, RaaS) and comfort working with analytics teams to deliver insights.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, the employee lifecycle, and cross-system data flows.
  • Experience performing EIBs, regression testing, configuration impact analysis, and release management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous requirements into scalable configuration solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Comfort handling sensitive data, supporting compliance needs, and adhering to data governance best practices.
