- Mobile Mortgage Advisor helping CIBC clients achieve home ownership through personalized mortgage advice. Building local relationships, generating referrals, and developing mortgage business across Toronto-area communities.
Responsibilities
- Help clients achieve home ownership through expert mortgage advice and product solutions
- Meet clients where and when convenient for them
- Provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support
- Work with Banking Centre teams to build client relationships
- Understand the local market and create a sales plan to generate new CIBC clients
- Build connections, generate opportunities, and deliver bottom-line results
- Grow a professional network and develop relationships with internal businesses and external realtors
- Receive referrals and opportunities through community involvement
Requirements
- Banking and mortgage experience
- Experience providing mortgage advice and product solutions
- Client engagement and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop a local market sales plan and convert leads into clients
- Networking and business development skills
- Ability to build relationships with Banking Centre teams and external realtors
- Mortgage lending and mortgage process knowledge
- Mortgage documentation knowledge
- Legally eligible to work at the specified locations
- Valid work or study permit where applicable
- Ability to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests if requested
