- Mobile Mortgage Advisor providing personalized mortgage advice and product solutions for Toronto-area homebuyers. Building referral networks and converting leads into CIBC clients.
Responsibilities
- Help clients achieve their home ownership goals through mortgage advice and product solutions
- Meet clients at times and locations convenient for them
- Focus on client engagement and deliver a meaningful client experience
- Work with Banking Centre teams to provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support
- Understand the local market and potential client base
- Create a sales plan to convert leads into new CIBC clients
- Build relationships and network to generate opportunities and deliver results
- Grow the professional network through community involvement
- Build connections with internal businesses and external realtors for referrals
Requirements
- Banking and mortgage experience
- Ability to provide expert mortgage advice and product solutions
- Ability to focus on client experience and connect personally with clients
- Flexibility to meet clients on their schedules
- Relationship-building and networking skills
- Understanding of the local market and potential client base
- Sales planning and lead conversion skills
- Ability to build connections with internal businesses and external realtors
