Responsibilities
- Help clients achieve their home ownership goals
- Meet clients where and when convenient for them
- Provide expert mortgage advice and product solutions
- Build lasting client relationships and deliver personalized mortgage advice
- Provide comprehensive financial planning support
- Collaborate with Banking Centre teams
- Understand the local market and potential client base
- Create and execute sales plans to convert leads into new CIBC clients
- Build connections, generate opportunities, and deliver business results
- Grow professional networks through community involvement
- Build relationships with internal businesses and external realtors for referrals
- Perform work activities remotely with occasional on-site attendance
Requirements
- Banking and mortgage experience
- Ability to provide expert mortgage advice and product solutions
- Client engagement and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate with Banking Centre teams
- Knowledge of local market and potential client base
