- Mobile Mortgage Advisor helping Burnaby clients achieve homeownership through CIBC mortgage advice and product solutions. Building referral networks, developing local business, and supporting clients remotely with occasional on-site work.
Responsibilities
- Leverage banking and mortgage experience to help clients achieve home ownership goals
- Meet clients where and when convenient for them
- Provide expert mortgage advice and product solutions
- Focus on client experience and build personal client relationships
- Support clients on their schedules
- Work with Banking Centre teams to provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support
- Understand the local market and potential client base
- Create a sales plan to convert leads into new CIBC clients
- Build relationships and networks to generate business opportunities and deliver results
- Grow networks through community involvement
- Build connections with internal businesses and external realtors for referrals
Requirements
- Banking and mortgage experience
- Ability to provide mortgage advice and product solutions
- Client engagement and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of local market and potential client base
- Business development and sales planning skills
- Networking skills
- Ability to build relationships with Banking Centre teams, internal businesses, and external realtors
- Goal-oriented and results-focused
- Ability to work remotely and attend on-site occasionally
- Legally eligible to work at the specified location
- Ability to complete attribute-based assessments and other skills tests if requested
