- Meet clients where and when convenient for them
- Collaborate with Banking Centre teams
- Provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support
- Understand the local market and potential client base
- Create sales plans to convert leads into new CIBC clients
- Build relationships and network to generate opportunities
- Deliver bottom-line results
- Grow a community network and establish connections with internal businesses and external realtors
- Develop referral relationships and opportunities

- Banking and mortgage experience
- Mortgage lending knowledge
- Mortgage documentation knowledge
- Mortgage process knowledge

- Ability to understand local markets and potential client bases
