About the role
- Team Lead for Recycling Materials Audit overseeing field level execution at Circular Materials. Ensuring compliance with sampling, auditing protocols and continuous improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee field level execution of auditing and monitoring activities of recyclable materials
- Ensure adherence to sampling, audit and health and safety protocols
- Supervise audit team staff
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Manage audit team scheduling and data collection
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in environmental field or relevant experience
- Continuing education or professional development in communications, data management or project management is an asset
- Direct experience or knowledge of PPP recycling programs, stewardship programs, or related field is an asset
- 1+ years waste and recycling auditing experience
- Previous supervisory experience or relevant leadership skills is preferred
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Jira
- Comfortable with written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
