Partner Solutions Engineer developing and delivering technical strategies for Cisco’s Canadian Partners. Collaborating with internal teams to drive innovation in Enterprise Networking, Security, Cloud, and AI.
Responsibilities
Work alongside Partner Account Managers and Partner Business Development Specialists
Help lead and develop Cisco’s technical strategy with Canadian Partners
Develop and deliver on technical strategies across the base of partners
Partner with Canadian Partner Organization in support of channel partners
Maintain broad technical knowledge and define solutions that span product boundaries
Develop relationships and influence key partner executives and technical leads
Engage partners involved in strategic deals and co-develop differentiated offerings
Share current technologies and technical trends with Cisco Partner team
Provide customized technology & solutions presentations to partner leaders
Collaborate with partners on architectural disciplines and best practices
Establish relationships with internal technical and sales leadership teams
Be proactive and responsive in engagements and communications
Requirements
BS/BA (EE/CS) or relevant Pre Sales experience
5+ years Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings
Baseline SE skills and in-depth knowledge in at least one specialization (Data Center, Collaboration, Security or Route/Switch/Wireless)
CCNP – CCIE strongly preferred
Strong prioritization skills with proven track record of driving results
Ability to establish and maintain partner relationships at executive level
Strong written and oral communication skills
Bilingual fluency (French and English) is an asset
